Adapting to a simple life is more suitable now that I have kids. I am in constant move with my kids’ needs and housework. I manage to get the most out of my short time in the kitchen. And make delicious and nutritious food from scratch every single day. You don’t need to be a meal planner; have some protein, veggies, and healthy grains in hand. A wholesome source of food full of vitamins and minerals that includes healthy carbohydrates, fats, and proteins will set you for a healthy life. Don’t forget to hydrate and breath deeply as well!
As a minimalist, I make sure to declutter my entire house regularly and get rid of unused items. I have applied the same principle to my kitchen, where I have only the essential tools to work beside my hands. This way of living makes me creative with what I have and less clutter to clean.
I am a mom, a health enthusiast, and a food lover. I live with my family in beautiful mountains scenery. My favorite tool in my kitchen is cast iron cookware. I use lots of sourdoughs, homemade milk kefir, and sauerkraut. And in my free time, I love gardening, hiking, and creating new blog posts.
