- Onion and garlic powder. Adds lots of flavors.

- Turmeric. It adds lovely color and health benefits.
- Oil. To help with broiling. I used avocado oil which has a high smoke point.

1. Cut chicken breast into small chunky pieces.
2. Place them into a bowl and add onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, yogurt, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
3. Incorporate and mix them well with chicken breasts.
4. Optional. Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for a few hours to build flavor.
5. When ready to broil them, add baking soda and oil to the chicken breasts and mix. Let them sit in the bowl for 5 minutes, then broil them in the oven.
6. Relocate the oven rack to the second indent close to the open fire and oven broil.
